I love these animal busts from Anthropologie. I think they are a love it or hate it thing, but I think in the right room they would be great- they would add a great focal point and some fun to a room. I really like the paper mache, craft feel of these busts.
I think this kitchen interior found via A Dose of Pretty shows a good example of this. Less creepy hunting lodge, more fun, interesting and animal-friendly decoration! What do you think?
I could pretty much move into an anthro store and never leave again, so I guess my opinion is highly biased, but I love it!
