Joan Salo is an artist that lives and works in Barcelona and Berlin. She creates these fantastic pieces out of felt tip pen! Felt tip pen. Amazing. I am totally in awe of the patience involved in doing that, especially the fine detail and colour layering involved in these pieces. People are sure doing some amazing things with felt tip pens lately.

Remember that phase you go through when you're about 9 or 10 when you stop colouring normally and decide to colour in everything by making repeated felt-tip lines with a ruler?
